Backorder/Pre-order: 

Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list. Your credit card will only be charged for backorder/pre-order reservations at the time of shipment.

Made to Order items:

upon receiving your order request, a Gosso online sales representative will contact you to collect your payment information and confirm the delivery window of your order. Please note that once a Made to order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund.
