Return & Exchange Policy

All merchandise returned will be credited for future purchase. There is no refund on merchandise in the amount it was paid. All customers will be issued a credit. Return merchandise must be post marked within 2 days from the date of delivery to Gossodesigns.com and sent to ( PO Box 77603, Washington, District of Columbia, 20013).  All garments will be evaluated after receiving product.  After full inspection of the garment is confirmed, a credit of the purchase will be saved for future purchases. Please do not remove attached tag as merchandise will be considered worn and won't be credited to the customer. Garments with additional application ( stones, pearls, rhinestones, lace, etc ) are non refundable. All sales are final!  Custom orders are non refundable. All customers are liable for all returns at their own expense.
